Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout New Zealand and Australia. Standard shipping is $5.00 NZD (free on orders over $50). Express shipping is $12.00 NZD. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days, express 1–2 business days.

Choose any subscribable coffee product, pick your preferred frequency (every 2 weeks or monthly), and enjoy a 10% discount on every delivery. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Opened coffee cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

We offer whole bean, espresso, filter, and plunger grinds. We recommend whole bean for the freshest cup — grind just before brewing for the best flavour.

Store credit is applied automatically at checkout. It never expires and you can check your balance anytime in your account. Store credit can be earned through refunds, rewards, or gift cards.
